It's A Girl!!
My husband, Jason, and I are happy to announce the birth of our daughter, and third child here on the earth, Allie Priscilla Gann! Allie was born at 9:43 a.m on November 29th, and weighed 8 pounds 5 ounces. She is named after my father, Allen, and her middle name comes from the Christian woman named Priscilla in the Bible. During our wedding ceremony, my husband and I were blessed to be likened unto Aquilla and Priscilla as well. We are so blessed and thankful for our precious children! "Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward" (Psalm 127:3). Little Allie is so sweet! She likes to sleep a lot, especially during the day! I know that I quote that verse a lot, but I am reminded of how true these words are every day when I look at my little ones! I am so glad that I get to stay at home with my children each day and am able to witness all of their first moments! I am looking forward to witnessing Allie's first moments, too! There is no job as important as being a mother, and I feel so blessed to have little Allie, her sister, and her brother to help raise in the nurture and admonition of the Lord along with my husband. I am so thankful that my husband provides for the family in such a way that I can stay at home with my babies! No amount of money is worth missing precious time with our children that we will never get back! Material possessions that can be obtained through working outside of the home is not worth missing time with my children! My first priority is to take care of the home before working outside of the home, and I enjoy doing this so much! "To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed" (Titus 2:5). I am so blessed to have Allie and my other children, and I look forward to the future that, Lord Willing, we have together! I am also looking forward to our future together in Paradise, which is where I want to go, and where I want to help as many others as I can go as well!
